KSA real estate developers run fragmented, human-heavy growth stacks: horizontal CRMs not built for property, manual ad buying, WhatsApp inboxes the team works in spreadsheets, listing portals, plus outside agencies. No real software layer ties it all together.

The 2026 foreign-ownership expansion is about to flood the market with new buyer demand. Current systems will not scale — every developer in the kingdom is hitting the same wall at the same time.
